How to Register
There are two ways to register!
Option 1: Online Registration
Online registration is now available in most regions nationwide! Register yourself or your team, or even pledge a participant!
Option 2: Paper Registration
Follow these three steps to register:
Step 1
Get a pledge sheet. There are several ways to receive a pledge sheet:
- Option 1: Select a SuperWalk location, fill out the form, and then press submit
- Option 2: Please call 1-800-565-3000 for the contact information in your area, or locate your local walk for specific contact information
- Option 3: Start to collect pledges today and download a pledge sheet (PDF format; Acrobat Reader required)
Step 2
Contact all of your friends, family and co-workers asking them to sponsor you in the SuperWalk for Parkinson’s 2008. Remember, for every $100 you submit by the day of the walk you get one chance at the draw for the National Grand Prizes.
Step 3
You can register in two different ways:
- Register in advance of the walk date for your area by calling the local information number for your walk for pre-registration information.
- Register on the day of the walk by bringing in your completed pledge sheet and collected pledges to the registration table.
Fundraising tip: Many companies offer a matching gift employee benefit programme. Check with your human resources department and see if your employer offers this benefit and double your contribution in one easy step!
